Situated in the centre of the  quiet rural village of Stratton Audley,  the apartments are discreetly located behind electric gates with ample parking.  

 

The development has been completed to a high environmental specification, with underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation, ensuring a comfortable temperature controlled interior and plenty of natural light. The hot water is generated by a separate air-source heating system.

 

There is both fixed ethernet broadband and wifi, with average speeds around 35mbps thanks to fibre being introduced the the village in 2015. The 47" smart HD TV’s have many features including the ability to watch in 3D. For those with simpler needs, there is also a selection of good books available.

 

An added bonus is a 10 x 4 meter heated indoor pool with amenities set in attractive gardens.

 

A general utility area on the ground floor has a washing and drying machine, ironing facilities plus a separate cloakroom.

Other things to note

 

We are not set up for pets or children and smoking is not allowed in the building.

The studios are serviced every three days to tie in with our minimum 3-night stay policy.

Rates reduce depending on the length of stay and are all-inclusive with no hidden extras.

This is an old barn conversion and therefore there are sloping ceilings with restricted height in some areas.
